If you have forgotten your Access ID or password, you will need to contact us directly. Please contact your local First Community Bank office or the main office in Glasgow. If you are contacting us by telephone, we may request that you answer the security question you gave us at time of enrollment so that we can verify your identity. Also please have your account number available.
